Construction program golden anniversary celebration: Call for Luminaries

In the spring of 2025, the Durham School is gearing up to celebrate the Golden Anniversary of its Construction Program, which has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of construction education for over 55 years. The Golden Anniversary celebration is slated to take place in April 2025 at the school's new home on the City campus in Lincoln: the state-of-the-art Kiewit Hall.

November 01, 2016 - 2016 was a successful year at the Annual Durham School Career Fair, held October 3-5 at the Scott Conference Center. Over 80 employers were represented and approximately 300 students were in attendance throughout the day.  Full Story

Tim Wentz, associate professor of construction management in The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction, was installed Monday as president of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

John Tran, who earned bachelor's and master's degrees in architectural engineering at UNL, is an assistant project manager for Related Companies, and is working on one of the towers at the Hudson Yards development in New York.
