A triumphant sound rings out at center stage, soars across the room, and immerses an audience in a moving melody. The fitful chatter of an open-plan office is subdued to a productive hum. A good night’s sleep remains undisturbed by the roar of a passing train.
Acoustical design has the power to change our perception of the built environment for the better.
