Industry Communications: Summer 2022
UNL will host the 2022 Fall University Career & Internship Fair for architecture, engineering, and construction; science, research and development; and health and wellness from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at the Nebraska Union on City Campus. The Career & Internship for computing, software, and data analytics; and economics, banking and finance will be held Thursday, Sept. 22, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Nebraska Union.
Costs are $525 for Corporate Booth Registration (includes booth space for up to three representatives and lunch); $225 for nonprofit or government booth registrants (includes booth space for up to three representatives and lunch); and $50 for electricity to booth space with a limited number of these spaces available.
Attendees are encouraged to promote their booths by sending students messages via Handshake or posting information to your company’s social media channels. More information is available online, including registration details.
Additionally, the Durham School Career Fair is scheduled for Oct. 3-5 at the Scott Conference Center (6450 Pine Street) on the UNO campus for careers and internships related especially to architectural engineering, construction engineering, construction management and civil engineering. Cost to register is $500 and includes entry for one career fair booth, lunch at Scott Café and access to student resume books prior to the career fair. - Internship presentations will kick off the week at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3 followed by a Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m.
- The Durham School Career Fair is Tuesday, Oct. 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Next-Day Interviews session are slated for Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. where employers can meet with potential candidates from the previous day’s Career Fair.
