Phillip Power earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and his M.E. in Engineering Management (MEM) from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. He has worked as an engineer and manager in the automotive, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Phillip specializes in working in highly regulated and matrixed environments with direct product and process responsibility. His expertise includes product and process development and validation, risk assessment, root cause analysis, project management, internal auditing, and quality management system (QMS) development. Phillip is Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has completed Six Sigma projects at Becton Dickinson, 3M, and Zoetis, where he saved the company $500,000 through process optimizations. Phillip is a Certified Professional in Engineering Management (CPEM) and a member of both the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM) and the Engineering Management Honors Society.
