Mike Holling is general manager and senior vice president for TransCore, the country’s largest integrator of highway tolling and traffic systems. Throughout his 30+ year career with TransCore, he has held management and project engineering roles on state and local government projects across the nation.
Holling was the engineer-of-record for design and construction of the Intelligent Transportation System deployed with the groundbreaking I-15 Reconstruction project in Salt Lake City as a precursor to the 2002 Olympics, and served as the firm’s Responsible Officer for many design/build programs that followed.
He has provided training and consulting services for all levels of government across the U.S., and served on committees for the Federal Highway Administration and Transportation Research Board.
Holling has been a registered Professional Engineer in 10 states.
