Faculty Development Workshop

College of Engineering offers a series of workshops to address topics on teaching, research, diversity, engagement, promotion and tenure, focusing on the college level information. The workshops are given throughout the academic year, targeting at new faculty, but inviting faculty members who joined the College in the past three years.

COE New Faculty Mentoring Pogram Graduation (2021-2022)
The College of Engineering (COE) New Faculty Mentoring Program is a one-year program to provide a mechanism for new faculty members to receive advice and counsel from a group of senior faculty mentors.

The program is to help faculty members create an advisory relationship that is free of professional conflicts of interest. At the end of this program, new faculty members will develop an individualized 5-year plan on research, teaching and service.
