Olsson Employees Earn Professional Engineer Registration

Three Olsson employees recently passed standard required exams and earned professional engineer (PE) licensure. To earn PE honors and be promoted to associate engineer, a person must complete four years of professional experience under a licensed PE and pass the PE exam. Olsson is a nationally recognized engineering firm offering design and consulting services in planning and design, engineering, field services, environmental and technology. The engineers who earned PE certifications include:

Jesse Menter, Power Delivery team. From Lincoln, Nebraska Menter designs electrical systems for substations and power delivery projects throughout Nebraska and Denver, Colorado. He graduated from UNL with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 

Michael Greufe, General Civil team. Greufe works on a variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects, and performs design for site grading, paving, utilities detention and water quality services. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from UNL and is from Elkhorn, Nebraska. 

Taylor Jurgens, Water & Wastewater team. Jurgens focuses on the detailed design and analysis of water and wastewater systems, while regularly coordinating with clients and providing construction administration services. He is originally from Holdrege, Nebraska and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UNL.
