User Roles and Permissions
In Drupal, there are 4 pre-built User Roles defined:
- Site Admin
The Site Admin has access to entire site and sees all links along the top of the page (screenshot below). As you go down each role below, the number of links/options on top of the page will be reduced. - Content Admin
- Content Editor
- Contributor
The Contributor role has the least amount of access, and should be used for those individuals who only need to update content on a page.
