Thank you for your interest in the Engineering Academy! Applications for Cohort 5 are available starting November 1, 2025, for students graduating from a Nebraska high school in May 2026. In addition to completing this application, your full university admission file will be used in the review process.

Please note that each essay question has a 150-word count maximum, and you cannot save your progress in the form. Therefore, we encourage you to complete your essay responses in a separate Word document and then upload them to this form.

Also, we encourage you to attend our Engineering Academy Application Workshop on December 9th from 7:00-8:00 pm CST over Zoom to learn more about the program and hear from our current students. If you have any additional questions about the Engineering Academy or our scholarship application process, please feel free to reach out to our Assistant Director of Recruitment and Retention, Maggie Miller, or check out our FAQ page.
