Engineering Visit Day | City Campus | Lincoln, NE

Prospective students and guests are invited to learn about the student experience, engage with the college community, check out our innovative lab facilities, and learn about the opportunities the College of Engineering has to offer (like the Engineering Academy)!

PKFEA Scholarship Opens | City Campus & Scott Campus

The Engineering Academy application is available for current high school seniors graduating from a Nebraska high school and who are admitted into the College of Engineering.

PKFEA Informational Meeting | Zoom

The Engineering Academy hosted an informational meeting to share information about the program and the application process. If you were unable to attend the event, no worries! We will post a link to the meeting recording the following day for you to watch.

PKFEA Application Closes | City Campus & Scott Campus

The Priority Application Deadline is 11:59 PM on February 2, 2026,  and the final deadline to be considered for the next cohort is February 9, 2026, to join the program for the Fall 2026 semester.

E-Week (Engineers’ Week) | City Campus & Scott Campus

The College of Engineering’s two student advisory boards coordinate E-Week events with the support of industry sponsors. Varying sponsorship levels allow for distinct levels of engagement.

Women in STEM Day | City Campus

Join Nebraska Engineering for Women in STEM Day to explore career opportunities in the fields of science, technology, design, engineering, and math. During the event, you'll connect with faculty, staff, students and women in industry as they share about their experiences. Attend information sessions and interactive workshops to learn about pursuing a career related to robotics, pre-med, engineering, computing, chemistry and more! 

This event is free to attend. Registration is open.

Admitted Student Day | City Campus & Scott Campus

Students who have been admitted to the College of Engineering are invited to visit the campus in the spring to learn more about the College of Engineering from key faculty and staff as well as engage in the larger campus community.

The College of Engineering’s Senior Design Showcase, Nebraska’s premier undergraduate engineering student design event, allows attendees to learn what Nebraska engineering students are developing during their tenure at UNL as well as explore research in a variety of engineering disciplines.
