How has the PKFEA program benefited your personal, professional, or academic growth?
Personally, PKFEA helped me grow by giving me speaking and presentation opportunities that built my confidence. Professionally, it connected me with supportive individuals who offered honest advice on negotiations, difficult situations, and internships. Academically, it gave me a community where we shared challenges, which encouraged me to ask questions, seek help, and feel confident advocating for myself.
