- Applications for Emergency Aid must describe an immediate financial situation that is a barrier to continue in the College of Engineering. Applications that are approved are situations that are typically unforeseen and short term in nature.
- Applications are considered on a rolling basis and subject to availability of funds.
- Awards are typical in the amount of $500; max award of $2,000.
- Additional requests in future semesters are subject to a lifetime maximum of $2,000 from this request form.
- Documentation of the situation will be required before consideration.
- This aid is non-renewable.
- Applications that are approved are processed through the Husker Hub as part of the Financial Aid/Scholarship process.
