Student chapter of SPIE honored as Group Volunteer of the Year by the State Museum

The Nebraska student chapter of SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, was honored as the 2019 Group Volunteer of the Year by the State Museum. 

During February, students from SPIE presented an outreach activity about laser technology and optical engineering at the museum. All members of the SPIE chapter are students in electrical and computer engineering.
