Kilic Research Highlights Control of Thermal Radiation for Energy Applications

Ufuk Kilic's recent research article, “Advanced Emissivity Tuning Via Femtosecond Laser Surface Engineering,” has been selected as the front cover and featured article of Advanced Optical Materials in the January 9, 2026 issue. The research was supported by Nebraska EPSCoR (through the EQUATE program), the National Science Foundation, the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the University of Nebraska Foundation, and the J. A. Woollam Foundation.
