Sixteen-month-old Carter Brown takes a ride in his modified electric car renovated by Heidi Kratzer, a senior Electrical Engineering major. Carter's family received the car from Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital as part of a project to give children a means to overcome challenges that inhibit their mobility.
