Jay W. Forrester, a 1939 Nebraska electrical engineering graduate, was a pioneer in the field of computing and computer modeling and the father of system dynamics.
November 23, 2016 - Jay W. Forrester, a Nebraska Engineering alumnus whose insights into both computing and organizations gave rise to the field of system dynamics, died November 16 at his home in Concord, Massachusetts. He was 98.  Full Story
