Any College of Engineering RSO or Department/Unit may reserve space (if available) at no charge.
Room rates are divided into two, flat-fee time periods: events lasting between 0-4 hours and events lasting 4+ hours. Room rates listed below include event equipment supplied by the college. It does not include event items not provided by the college, dedicated staff labor during an event, catering charges and other special event charges.
The College of Engineering can assist you with reserving space/room(s), customizing door schedules and/or building access, and answering any questions you may have regarding the Building Use Policy (e.g., catering, technology, set-up, custodial/trash, youth/public safety, etc.).

| No-Show | 75% of non-university rate for each space |

| Special Opening | $250 (0-5 hours) / $50 each additional hour |
| Extended Building Hours | $50 per hour |
| Additional Prep Time | $150 (when available) |
| Excessive Cleaning / Room Reset Fee | $25 per hour / $50 minimum |
| Dedicated Event Support Staffing | $75 per hour per person |
| Damaged or Stolen Items | Direct Replacement |
| Violation of Building Use Policy | $200 minimum |
| Custodial Services | Custodial and/or College discretion per event |
