Ananth Venkatachalam

I joined the Grand Challenge Scholars Program to address problems of national importance and to apply my knowledge and skills obtained from coursework and research to make meaningful contributions. I chose to Engineer Better Medicines, because of my long interest in the technological innovations that have changed the biomedical field. By pursuing both a curriculum in the Grand Challenge Scholars Program and research in biomedical technology, it is my belief that I will be able to solve problems to the many challenges in the biomedical field and change the way people think about healthcare.
