Academic Advising (Omaha): Stay on Track

The College of Engineering’s academic advising services are available to help you stay focused and meet your goals. By meeting with your academic advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Determine whether you’re taking the right classes for your major
• Understand which semesters are best to pursue a study abroad experience
• Decide if dropping or adding a class is right for you and your goals
• And more!

What to Expect

It is our goal to make your advising session a low-stress experience. To prepare for a successful advising session, it is important that you think about questions to ask your advisor beforehand. Asking well thought out questions will ensure all of your needs are addressed once the advising session concludes.
