Engineering in Agriculture, Life Sciences and Natural Resources Faculty

Nebraska is traditionally an agricultural state and its economy relies much on the use of our land, water, and air resources which we must use efficiently and with care for future needs. Nebraska engineers perform research on efficient irrigation and water resource systems, on monitoring land and water use, and ensuring good management of our environment. COE activities address the NAE Grand Challenges of Provide Access to Clean Water, Engineering the Tools of Scientific Discovery, and Manage the Nitrogen Cycle.
